Manganese Phosphate Coating per MIL-DTL-16232 is a key component of our business and the only type of phosphate coating we perform. We will work with you, customizing our service to fit your needs. TDC Systems has years of experience in this area, and our coating process, including abrasive blasting, is approved by the U.S. Government for military applications. We are also accredited by NADCAP to perform Manganese Phosphate Coating for use in the Military, Commercial and Aerospace industry.

TDC Systems can handle the entire process, including conducting necessary stress relieving heat treatments in our AMS 2750E certified oven and corrosion testing per ASTM B117 in our Salt Spray (Fog) chamber to meet all MIL-DTL-16232 quality standards.
