TDC Systems offers abrasive blasting and metal finishing, as part of the phosphate coating process, dry film lubricant process or as a stand-alone service. We can prepare the surface finish of your parts to accept primers, paints or chemical coatings using such media as steel grit, aluminum shot, glass beads, aluminum oxide or carbide grit. We will design an efficient process to suit your specifications, volume of parts and production schedule.
